Born in November 15, 1947, Democrat William Blaine "Bill" Richardson III is currently Governor of New Mexico. He has also served as the U.S. Representative, Ambassador to the United Nations, and as the U.S. Secretary of Energy. He was the Chairman of the Democratic Governors Association in 2005 and 2006.
